1. It should not be in contact with wet air, so as to prevent the surface of the PcB from being sprayed with tin, immersion gold, and pads from being oxidized and affecting soldering, which is not conducive to production.

2. When packing the PCB circuit board, it is necessary to surround the box with a layer of bubble film and place moisture-proof beads, which can absorb water and prevent moisture.

3. The PCB circuit boards are sorted and placed, and labeled. After sealing the box, the box must be kept away from the wall and the ground. The box is stored in a dry and ventilated place, while avoiding direct sunlight.

4. The temperature of the warehouse where the PcB circuit boards are stored is controlled at 23±3°C and 55±10%RH. PCB circuit boards with silver, immersion tin, OsP and other surface treatments can be stored for 3 months.

5. For PCB circuit boards that are not used for a long time, it is best to paint a layer of conformal paint on them. The function of conformal paint can prevent moisture, dust and oxidation.

The storage time of PCB circuit boards is related to the surface treatment. Immersion gold and gold plating have the longest storage time.
